Working together

My approach

Therapy shaped around the individual.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Attachment-Based Therapy.

An integrative approach allows me to consider different aspects of your experience and adapt the way we work according to your individual needs.

At times, therapy may involve exploring current thoughts, feelings and behaviours. At

other times, it may be helpful to consider past experiences or relationships and how

these may influence the way you experience yourself and others today.

Rather than fitting you into a particular model of therapy, I bring different approaches

together to create a therapeutic process that is relevant to you.
